Voice Banking FAQ

Why is Brannen Bank Voice Banking changing?

The current voice banking solution offered by Brannen Bank is being discontinued by our vendor.

Will Brannen Bank still offer Voice Banking?

Yes, customers will continue to use the same 800 number they have always used.  Voice banking functionality will be similar to the current system with a few slight changes.

When will these changes take place?

Changes will take place on Tuesday, March 24th.

How will Brannen Bank Voice Banking change?

Customers will access voice banking using their account number and last four digits of their Social Security Number.  New and existing customers will not be required to enroll in the system before using it.

For enhanced security, when retrieving a balance or transferring funds using voice banking, customers will need the full account number of the account(s) in question.  Voice banking will no longer list all accounts attached to the customer.
