Copy of sales contract, if a purchase or
Warranty Deed, if refinance, along with original survey, title insurance and homeowner's insurance.
Copy of construction contract with plans and specifications, if new construction.
Copy of current pay-stubs for last 30 days.
Last 2 years' complete tax returns with all schedules attached.
Last 2 years W-2s and/or 1099 forms.
If self-employed: last 2 years' complete tax returns and financial statements (including balance sheet and year-to-date profit & loss).
Copy of 2 months bank statements or quarterly asset statements.
Copy of Divorce Decree with property settlement statement, if applicable.
$425.00 check to be used towards an appraisal, credit report and a $75.00 non-refundable application fee.
Landlord information for last 2 years, if applicable.
Copy of closing statement or
Listing agreement on current home.
