On August 1, 1946, Dunnellon State Bank opened in downtown Dunnellon to serve the needs of the Dunnellon area which had been without a bank since 1931. After three decades of continued growth, the present building was constructed and opened in April of 1976.
In February of 2008, the Dunnellon State Bank, a member of Brannen Banks of Florida, Inc. was consolidated with the other banks in the holding company and renamed Brannen Bank.
Sound, stable management and a conservative banking philosophy have been the trademarks of Brannen Banks of Florida, Inc. over the years. This philosophy has resulted in the organization being consistently rated one of the safest in the country.
The Dunnellon Office is a full service facility offering both personal and business checking and saving accounts as well as lending programs. There is an ATM at this location.
